Noel Miller, born August 19, 1989 is a stand-up comedian, rapper, songwriter and podcast host. He was previously an engineer in software. Vine is an old video streaming website which was extremely popular, helped bring Miller to the limelight in 2014. Miller has since gained many thousands of followers. He's currently a part of the comedy rap duo Tiny Meat Gang with Cody Ko. He hails originally from the Philippines and is a Filipino. After leaving the high school, he enrolled in McGill University for his fishing career. He was introduced to Cody Ko in a Bass Pro Shop, and they immediately fell in love. They've been married for for 12 years and remain together. Noel's parents are currently looking for him. Noel is proud father to an infant named Jerome. He is the lowest of PP (similar to the ring that can dominate all others, but pp), and has fought tooth and nail to maintain his position. Noel has stood firm against every attempt to take the Iron PP Throne.
