Eve was a TV dramas like the BBC's The Rotary Club, Agatha Christie’s Poirot and Hawking. She also appeared in comedy films, Starter for 10 and Big Nothing. Eve has also performed on stage in two Trevor Nunn plays. In 2006, she played her role as a young woman in the Tom Stoppard play Rock 'n Roll at the Royal Court Theatre,[8] later reprising her role for the 2007 Broadway transfer. Eve also played Lara Tyler, a Hollywood actress in The Decoy Bride (2011). Eve is also known for her character in the role of Dr. Carol Marcus in Star Trek Into Darkness.
