Meghan, Duchess of Sussex

 Meghan was born in Los Angeles, California. Her acting career started at Northwestern University; her last and most notable screen appearance was that of Rachel Zane for seven seasons (2011-2018) in the American TV legal drama Suits. She also has a following on social media. This included The Tig (2014-2017) lifestyle blog, which was praised for her fashion sensibilities and led to creation and the launch of two lines of clothing during the years 2015 and 2016. In the Tig timeframe, Meghan became involved in charity work focused primarily on issues affecting women and social justice. From 2011 to the time of their divorce in 2014 she was married to Trevor Engelson, an American film producer. In 2018 Meghan resigned from the tasks of acting in her wedding to Prince Harry and became known as the Duchess of Sussex. The couple's two children are Archie and Lilibet MountbattenWindsor. In January 2020 the couple announced their resignation as working royals and later moved to California. Archewell Inc. was established in October of 2020 by the couple. It is an American public agency that focuses on creative media ventures and non-profit initiatives. She published the picture book The Bench which was aimed at children. She also launched the Spotify podcast named Archetypes. Oprah Winfrey conducted an interview with Meghan and Harry and Harry, which was broadcast on March 20,21. Harry & Meghan was also released on Netflix in December 2022.
