Kenneth Arnold Chesney, born on the 26th of March, 1968, is a famous American country music artist as a songwriter, guitarist, and songwriter. Chesney has released more than 20 albums, as well as over 40 Top 10 singles in the US Billboard Hot Country Songs or Country Airplay charts. 32 of them reached the top spot. A number of his songs have made it to the Top 40 on the US Billboard Hot 100. This makes him one of the most well-known cross-country artist. The albums he has released have sold to more than 30 million people across the globe. Twelve Country Music Associatio Awards have been awarded to Chesney and his band, including their highest Entertainer of the Year award four times. Additionally, there are eleven Academy of Country Music Awards which Chesney has received (including four consecutive Entertainer of the Year awards between 2005 between 2005 and 2008) and six Grammy Award nominations. The 2007 Flip-Flop Summer Tour, which was the top-selling country tour of 2008, was an enormous success.
