Graham McTavish

 McTavish was a citizen of Scotland, born to Alec McTavish and Ellen McTavish. His family was involved in politics, especially his father. Politics was a common topic in their household. McTavish's family relocated to Glasgow when he was a young child. He was raised in a household that was politically active and the political debate was a regular feature within their household. McTavish's drama teacher contacted him to play the part as Sheridan in The Rivals when the principal actor was ill. McTavish enrolled at Queen Mary University of London and was awarded a degree in the field of English literature instructor. After having performed in the Samuel Beckett play, McTavish was able to appear in three Shakespeare productions per year.
