Dan Bilzerian

 Bilzerian filed a lawsuit against the producers of Lone Survivor in 2014. His lawsuit stated that he had invested $1 million into the film for at minimum eight minutes of screentime and 80 words of dialogue, but his part was cut to less than a minute and only one line. His lawsuit was seeking $1.2 million which comprised 20 percent of his original investment. The lawsuit was eventually removed and Bilzerian was barred for a minute from a Miami nightclub after striking Vanessa Castano in her face during a brawl. Bilzerian stated that Castano as well as another woman slayed Bilzerian's female companion. Castano stated, "There were two young girls sitting next to me at a table that were fighting. I tried to break them apart but they kept being pushed at me. Dan then forced me off the banquette and, when I fell, he punched me in the face. "Castano has filed an action against Bilzerian later for her injuries. He then took me off the banquette, and once I fell and he punched me on the cheek. In 2014, Bilzerian was involved with Janice Griffith, a pornographic actress. In April of 2014, Griffith was photographed with Bilzerian in a shoot for Hustler magazine. The photoshoot involved Bilzerian throwing Griffith off the roof of her home and into a pool. Griffith did not make it to the pool, hitting the edge, breaking her foot. The 18-year-old asked Bilzerian to compensate her $85,000 to cover her injuries. The offer was denied. In December 2014 she was able to file a lawsuit against Hustler as well as Bilzerian. Bilzerian's attorney argued that Griffith was contracted to host the event with Hustler, that Hustler contracted Bilzerian to handle the event and that Bilzerian was not at fault. In the month of January, Hustler's attorney claimed that the toss was an "act of God" and claimed that it was not the publisher's fault that Griffith was injured because of it.
