Elijah Wood

 American actor and director Elijah Jordan Wood was born on January 28th January 1981. Wood is best known for his character, Frodo Baggins, in the Lord of the Rings movie trilogy (2001-2003) as well as The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012). Wood made his debut on film in Back to the Future Part II (1989). When he was a child actor, his work was noticed for his parts in Paradise (1991), Paradise (1991), Radio Flyer (92), Forever Young (1992), The Adventures of Huck Fin (1993) and The Good Son (1993). He was a part of films such as North (1994), Flipper (1994), Flipper (1997), The Ice Storm (191997), Deep Impact (1998) as well as The Faculty (191998) as an teen. Wood was the main character in a variety of films following The Lord of the Rings the film's success, including Sin City (1994), The War (1994) and Flipper (1996) and The Ice Storm (1997) and The Ice Storm (1997), Deep Impact (1998), as well as The Faculty (1998). Wood was also a member of the FX dark comedy series Wilfred (2011)-2014 and for which he was nominated to win an FX Satellite Award for Best Actor.
