Rosamund Pike

 Rosamund Mary Ellen Pike[2] was born 1979. Pike was awarded many accolades such as an award from the Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award. She was also nominated for Academy Award and British Academy Film Award nominations. Following her debut on screen in the TV film A Rather English Marriage (1998), she received international recognition for her debut in the film in the role of Bond girl Miranda Frost in Die Another Day (2002) in which she received the Empire Award for Best Newcomer. After her breakthrough, she was awarded the BIFA Award as Best Supporting Actress in The Libertine (2004). She also portrayed Jane Bennet in Pride & Prejudice (2005). In 2002, Pike was nominated for the British Independent Film Award for her roles in Made in Dagenham (2009) and The Gift of Education (2009). She has also appeared in mainstream films such as Johnny English Reborn (2011) and Wrath of the Titans (2012). Her performance in the psychological thriller Gone Girl (2014) received praise from the critics, winning the Saturn Award for Best Actress and a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actress.Pike played Ruth Williams Khama in the biopic A United Kingdom (2016) and Marie Colvin in the war film A Private War (2018) and received nominations for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama. For her role in State of the Union in 2019, she received an Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award. She also received an award for a Golden Globe Award in 2020 for I Care a Lot. She has been the main character in The Wheel of Time, an Amazon fantasy series from 2021.
