Peyton Manning

 Peyton Williams Manning, born on March 24, 1976, is an American former football quarterback who played in the National Football League (NFL). Manning was a former player of the NFL for 18 seasons. Manning was referred to as "the Sheriff" and played 14 seasons with the Indianapolis Colts. the Colts, and four seasons playing for the Denver Broncos. Manning is regarded as to be one of the most successful quarterbacks. [3][4][5][6][7][8Manning is considered to be one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. Manning is part of the Manning football family. Manning is the elder brother of the former NFL quarterback Eli Manning. Manning played in the NCAA football tournament for Tennessee. When he was an undergraduate, he was recognized with the Maxwell, Davey O'Brien and Johnny Unitas Golden Ar Awards. This award was instrumental in winning the 1997 SEC Championship. The Colts picked Manning at the beginning of the 1998 NFL Draft. He was their quarterback of choice from 1998 until the year 2010. Manning was instrumental in transforming the Colts into contenders for the playoffs. Manning was picked first overall at the time of the 1998 NFL Draft by the Colts. Manning was also awarded the Super Bowl MVP during the victory. Manning was unable to play during the 2011 season because of neck surgery. Manning was then released by the Colts and signed by Denver. From 2012 until 2015, Manning served as the Broncos starting quarterback. He was instrumental in helping the team to win their division and reach two Super Bowls. Manning's Super Bowl 50 victory made Manning the first quarterback to win for multiple teams.
