Giada Pamela De Benedetti the oldest daughter of actress Veronica De Laurentiis, and her first husband, producer/actor Alex De Benedetti, was born in Rome, Italy on August 22nd 1970. Giada Pamela De Benedetti, a close family member of her maternal grandfather Dino De Laurentiis, was an actor and film producer. Giada was a young girl and frequently spent time in the kitchen of her family, DDL Foodshow. Giada's parents got married in the month of February, 1970 however they divorced afterward. Giada as well as her children eloped with their parents following the divorce. They relocated to Southern California where Giada took the name of her mother. De Laurentiis graduated from Marymount High School, Los Angeles. She completed her bachelor's degree in socioanthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles in the year 1996.
