American actress Elizabeth Chase Olsen was born on the 16th of February, 1989 in Sherman Oaks California. Born in Sherman Oaks, California, Olsen began acting at age four. She was the lead actress in her first film part in the thriller Martha Marcy May Marlene in 2011, for which she was recognized and nominated to receive a Critics' Choice Movie Award, among others. This was then she was cast in the film horror Silent House. Olsen received nominations for the BAFTA Rising Star Award and she graduated from New York University in 2012. She also starred in the horror Silent House. Her performance in WandaVision garnered her nominations for an Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award.Outside of her work with Marvel, Olsen starred in the horror film Godzilla (2014) as well as the mystery film Wind River (2017), and the drama Ingrid Goes West (2017). She was executive producer and starred in the drama series Sorry for Your Loss (2018-2019), receiving a Critics' Choice Television Award nomination for her performance as a widower.
