In 2001, he was released from jail and was able to employment in Mi-T-Fine Carwash. It began as a vacant position and eventually rose to the rank as a regional manager. Ryan was offered a position as a mortgage agent while working in his current position. Ryan was an outstanding performer in just 24 months, and had purchased 32 rental homes. In 2005, Ryan was detained by the Allen Police Department. Ryan was sentenced to 15 months in Federal Prison. He was released and then returned to the mortgage business until the Frank-Dodd Act in 2010 banned felons from having an authorization to sell mortgages. Following his release, he started working as an independent social media strategist aiding mortgage loan professionals to grow their business by using social media. Ryan created Hardcore Closer in 2012. Ryan has participated in a variety of ventures since the launch of Hardcore Closer, such as PhoneSites as well as Break Free Academy.
