Ryan Rodney Reynolds, born on the 23rd of October, 1976 in Canada, is an actor, entrepreneur and businessman from the Americas and Canada. His professional career began with the Canadian soap opera for teens Hillside (1991-1993). Reynolds played minor roles before getting his first lead role in Two Guys and a Girl in 1998. Reynolds played in a variety of films, including Waiting...(2005), The Proposal (2008) The Proposal (2008), and National Lampoon's Van Wilder (2002-2003). Reynolds also played the dramatic roles of Buried (2010) as well as Woman in Gold (2015). Reynolds also appeared in action films such as Blade: Trinity (2004) and Green Lantern (2011). Reynolds voiced the character Detective Pikachu on the animated film The Croods series (2013-2020). He broke numerous records in R-rated comedy when the film was made available. His performance was nominated for the Critics Choice Movie Awards and the Golden Globe Awards.
