Princess of Wales

 Catherine was born in Reading and was raised in Bucklebury in Berkshire. After her schooling at St Andrew's School, she went to Marlborough College and then studied art history at the University of St Andrews in Scotland. She was introduced to William in the year 2001. Prior to their wedding she worked in retail and marketing. She also performed charitable work. The couple was wedding in Westminster Abbey on 29 April 2011. The couple's children--Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis--are second, third, and fourth in the line of succession to the British throne, respectively.Catherine holds patronage within over 20 charitable and military organisations, including Action for Children, SportsAid, and the National Portrait Gallery. The Royal Foundation supports her charitable activities, which focus on children's development as well as addiction and art. Catherine developed the campaign to raise awareness about mental health Heads Together, which William and Prince Harry launched in April 2016 to help people discuss their mental health. Catherine's influence over American as well as British fashion has been dubbed the "Kate Middleton Effect" by the media. Time magazine named her one of the top 100 influential people worldwide in 2011 2013, 2012, 2013 and 2014. She was named the Princess of Wales on September 9, 2022 by King Charl and her husband.
