Megan Thee Stallion

 Megan Jovon Ruth Pete, born February 15th, 1995. She is known as Megan Thee Stallion (pronounced “Megan the StallionMegan the Stallion) is an American rapper. Her birthplace is Houston, Texas. Her freestyle videos have become very popular on social media platforms such as Instagram. Megan Thee Stallion was signed to 300 Entertainment in 2018. She released the mixtape Fever (1999) as well as the extended play Suga (2020) and both reached the top ten on the Billboard 200. Her debut studio album Good News (2020), to great critical acclaim. She earned her first and second number-one singles on the US Billboard Hot 100 with the remix of her track "Savage" (featuring Beyonce) as well as her appearance on Cardi B's single "WAP" and the latter being her first top-ten single in a number of other countries, in addition to the Billboard Global 200 chart. Doja Cat also appeared on Doja Cat's remix of Ariana Grande's single "34+35" in 2021. It reached the top spot at 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. She followed this with her first compilation album Something for Thee Hotties (2021), which climbed to the top ten on the Billboard 200, and spawned the single "Thot Shit" that climbed to the top 20 in the US and earned her the Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance nomination.In July of 2020, Megan Thee Stallion was the victim of a shootout committed by rapper Tory Lanez in Hollywood Hills, California. Good News, her debut album, included the shooting as an important factor. In December 2022, Lanez was tried and found guilty on all counts in relation to the attack on her.
