On 14 March 2013, Global Radio announced that Falconer would join Heart as host of the Sunday morning show between 6 and 8 am. She would replace Jason Donovan who took a absence from the network in order to travel with the musical Priscilla: Queen of the Desert. She also hosts the 4 - 6 am Early Breakfast slot during the weekdays, which is known as the 4 O'clock Club.Later, her Sunday show was extended by one hour, and is now scheduled to end at 9 am.In June of 2019, her early breakfast show was extended 4-6:30am due to Heart Breakfast (usually 6am-10am) becoming a national show with a new schedule of 6.30am-10am. Falconer decided to end her stint on her Sunday Show. Jenni was replaced by Zoe Hardman on the Sunday show. In December 2019, it was announced that Falconer was to leave Heart and would be replaced by James Stewart on the Early Breakfast slot. In January 2020 it was announced Falconer will be the new host of Smooth London breakfast & hosting on Saturday mid-mornings, the show will be broadcast across the UK.
