Jagaciak began her modeling career in 2007 when she was encouraged to participate in an open casting event by GAGA Models Agency in a shopping mall in Poland. IMG signed her, and she was included in French Jalouse's cover on July 7, 2007. Her biggest break came at age 13, when Jagaciak got an Hermes campaign for the fall/winter 2007 season with Daria Werbowy. They beat out 600 other contestants while still in elementary school. Jagaciak stated that she had not ever heard of Hermes prior to the campaign nor Peter Lindbergh the photographer. "I thought that not knowing helped my stay relaxed," she stated. Some critics were offended by the images of Jagaciak that showed young girls being sexualized. Then, Jagaciak began traveling overseas to pursue her career. In 2008 she went to Japan and was able to land the front cover of Elle. She was on French Jalouse's cover a second time in the month of May. In October of 2008, Jagaciak was also featured on covers for Japanese Harper's Bazaar and Japanese Spur. Jagaciak was scheduled to appear on the cover of Australian Vogue after the editor decided she not old enough and she had to sit out fashion shows due to the age restrictions.
