Finn Wolfhard

 In July of 2017, Wolfhard co-directed his first music video with Josh Ovalle for the band Spendtime Palace's hit song "Sonora". Wolfhard was the lead role in the role of Richie Tozier, in the adaptation of Stephen King's It. It as well as Stranger Things were both set in the 1980s. The casting of Wolfhard was a coincident. Wolfhard claims that the role was initially conceived for Richie by Cary Fukunaga, who was also attached as co-director as well as director. But, Fukunaga left the project because of differences in her creative vision. This allowed Wolfhard to take on Stranger Things. Wolfhard was asked to audition again for Richie after Andy Muschietti was attached to It. This was in response to claims of Tyler Grasham sexually assaulted young actors. Wolfhard has never been assaulted. Wolfhard was not assaulted.
