Emma Greenwell

 Greenwell was born in Greenwich, Connecticut, to an French mother and an English father. The family relocated to London's South Kensington neighbourhood before her two years old. She went to the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art for a year. Greenwell said it was a good experience but she realized that she didn't really want to go to drama school. Instead, she tried her luck in a pilot season in Los Angeles. Shameless, an Emmy-winning Showtime drama, was her first show. This was her first gig at the age of she was just 22 years older. She had planned to return to London before she booked the show. She was planning to go back to London after booking Shameless. But she was required to hire the car and find an apartment. Her first acting role was as Mandy Milkovich (2012-2016). Also, she was a regular on the series in the fourth and fifth seasons. Greenwell was also an actor in the series on the Hulu drama The Path (2016-2018) and played the lead role in The Rook, a Starz mini-series The Rook in 2019.
