Amber Laura Heard, born on April 22, 1986, in the United States is an American actress from America. Her first big role was in the film horror All the Boys Love Mandy Lane (2006). She was later cast as an actress in films such as Drive Angry (2011) and The Ward (2010). She also had parts in films like Never Back Down (2008) and The Joneses (2009). Heard is Mera in Justice League (2018), Aquaman (2018) and the Aquaman (2018) and the upcoming Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (2023). Heard has also been featured in television shows like Hidden Palms (2007), The Stand (2020), and Aquaman (2018). In 2015, Heard filed an order of restraining against Johnny Depp. Heard accused Depp of assault. She was appointed an ACLU Artist Ambassador in the year 2016 which is a title reserved for those who advocate for civil rights and civil liberties. Heard was also a Human Rights Ambassador at the Office of United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. Heard married Johnny Depp in 2015. Heard applied for a restraining order against Depp accusing him of domestic violence in May of 2016 that attracted a lot of media interest. 5 Depp filed a lawsuit against The Sun, a British tabloid newspaper, over the domestic abuse allegations of Heard. Depp was denied the right to appeal, after the allegations of 12 were upheld in the suit. Depp also filed a suit against Heard to get an opinion published in her name in the Washington Post about "sexual violence" and "domestic violence."
