Dudley earned her first major film role in 2012's thriller Chernobyl Diaries. Dudley was the subject of Angela Holmes' possession in The Vatican Tapes (2015) in demonic possession drama. In August of 2015 she was offered the permanent role of Alice in Syfy's drama-fantasy series The Magicians. In the middle of 2016, Dudley guest-starred opposite David Duchovny in the second season of the NBC show Aquarus.
