However, Young Money disputes led to Tyga's own release of The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty on June 23, 2015. Kanye West was the producer of the album, and it was his most-seller album. It sold 5,000 equivalent units in its first week. The song he released in May, "Taste", featuring Offset reached the top spot at 8 on the Billboard Hot 100. This was his first Top 40 hit since 2015's "Ayo" album, which he co-wrote with Chris Brown. The track would later serve as the lead single for the album he released in 2017 called Legendary which would be released in 2019. [7]
