Tim Allen

 Allen was born in Denver, Colorado, on June 13, 1953. He is the third-oldest of six children who were born to Martha Katherine (nee Fox), who was a community-service worker as well as Gerald M. Dick, an agent in real estate. [1][2] Allen is the youngest of six children of Martha Katherine (nee Fox) and Gerald M. Dick who was a real estate agent. He is the older brother of two as well as two younger siblings as well as two brothers older. His father passed away in a car accident in November 1964, after colliding with a drunk driver. Allen was just 11 years old. [1][3] His mother, eleven years old, died in a car accident in November 1964, after colliding with a drunk driver.[2After that, she relocated to Birmingham, Michigan with her six children so that she could be closer to her husband and three kids. [4] Allen has stated that the move meant going from "being in a cool class at one school to being at the bottom of the social hierarchy at another].Allen was a student at Seaholm High School in Birmingham which was where he took musical and theater classes (resulting in his passion for classical piano). He later attended Central Michigan University before transferring to Western Michigan University in 1974. [6] At Western Michigan, Allen worked as a student radio host at WIDR. In 1976 he received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications, specializing in production of television and radio and a minor in design and philosophy.
