Sophie Turner

 Turner was chosen to play Sansa Stark as a young noblewoman on the HBO fantasy drama series Game of Thrones in August 2009. The filming started in July of 2010, at the time Turner was 14 years old. [9] Sansa was Turner's first television role. Turner was encouraged by her drama teacher to audition for the role. 10] She dyed her blonde hair auburn to play the role. Turner played the role of mutant Jean Grey in X-Men: Apocalypse that was released in May 2016. The film received mixed reviews. In partnership with Huffington Post, she hosted the web-video Powershift in summer 2016. [17][18] In March 2017 she announced that she had been appointed patron to Women for Women, an organization that assists female survivors of war. 19 Turner said she believed that her followers on social media were responsible for her casting in an unnamed project. She stated "[I]t wasn't between me and another actress who is far better than I am much worse, but I had the fans, so I got the job." In June 2017, she began working with Wella Hair, becoming the company's first brand ambassador internationally.
