James Thomas Fallon was born September 19th 1974. He is an American actor and comedian. He is most well-known for his work as the Saturday Night Live cast member and host of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. In 1998, he was asked to join the Saturday Night Live cast member. This fulfilled a long-held dream. Between 1998 and 2004, he was the Weekend Update host on Saturday Night Live. He gained a lot of attention for the role. Fallon quit SNL in 2004 to be a star in films like Taxi (2004) and Fever Pitch (2005). In 2009, Fallon was back on television hosting Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, NBC. He is popular for his work on gaming and music. In 2014, he took over as the 6th host on the long-running Tonight Show. In addition to his television work, he's released two comedy albums as well as seven books, mostly targeted at children.
