Beverly D'Angelo

 D'Angelo began acting in theater in the year 1976, when she was in Broadway in Rockabye Hamlet (also known by Kronborg:1582) the musical inspired by Shakespeare's Hamlet. Her first appearance on television was on the mini-series' pilot episode Captains and the Kings, which debuted in the year 1976. She was also in Annie Hall in 1977. D'Angelo was later to appear in a variety of hit films in the 1970s, such as Every Which Way But Loose and Hair. The final one brought her an Golden Globe nomination as Best Supporting Actress for her role as Patsy Cline. In 1983, she appeared alongside Chevy Chase in the role of Ellen Griswold in National Lampoon’s Vacation. In 2014, D'Angelo was cast with Chevy Chase for the ABC comedy pilot titled Chev & Bev.
