Angela Michelle Harmon was born on August 10 on the 10th of August, 1972. When she was just 15 years old, she won Seventeen's modeling contest and signed with IMG Models. She also was featured on the covers of magazines such as Cosmopolitan and Esquire. Her first acting role came in the role of Ryan McBride on Baywatch Nights (1995-1997), and she earned four Screen Actors Guild Award nominations for her performance as Abbie Carmichael in the TV series Law & Order (1998-2001). Harmon has also played several roles in movies such as the character of Barbara Gordon in Batman Beyond : Return of the Joker (2000). Harmon was nominated for four Screen Actors' Guild Award nominations for her role as Abbie Carmichael in Law & Order (1998-2001). Harmon won the Gracie Award in 2012 for Outstanding Female actors in a Leading Role in an Drama Series or Special, and also the People's Choice Award in 2015 for Favorite Cable TV Actress.
