Tony Robbins

 Robbins was born Anthony J. Mahavoric on February 29, 1960, in North Hollywood, California. Robbins is the youngest of three children, was the son of parents who separated when they were seven years of age. Robbins is of Croatian origin and was born to his parents. His mother divorced him when the age of seven. Robbins married Jim Robbins in an additional marriage. He was adopted by Anthony when he was twelve. Robbins increased his height by 10 inches during high school. The growth spurt was later connected to a pituitary tumor. Robbins has said that his family life was chaotic and violent. He left home when he was 17 and did not return. Robbins was an janitor, but never to university. Robbins questioned his landlord, an acquaintance from his family who helped him become so successful. After attending an Jim Rohn seminar, the landlord informed him that his life was changed.
