Since 1987, Vitale has been working in television. He was with Viacom in program syndication and NBC. In 1999, Vitale co-produced an Off-Off-Broadway production, Dyslexic Heart. Vitale was an Williams College graduate, served on the Williams Club board for almost 10 years. He is involved in Williams alumni activities. Vitale was President of Fieri Manhattan and Vice President for New York State Fieri National, an Italian American cultural, service and charitable group.
