Pedraza was found by Esteban Crespo via her Instagram account. He invited her to audition for the lead role in his first film Amar. The film offered her the role of Laura. The ensemble was comprised of Pol Monen and Natalia Tena. Nacho Fresneda was also present. The second part she played was Alison Parker, the daughter of the British ambassador. The subsequent purchase by Netflix gave the actress national and international recognition at the beginning of the year Pedraza's involvement in the second Netflix original Spanish series titled Elite was announced, along with fellow Money Heist cast members Miguel Herran and Jaime Lorente.
