Lil Durk

 Durk Derrick Banks, born October 19 1992 was an American rapper from America. He is the founding and the lead singer of the collective and record label Only the Family. Durk earned a following among fans through the release of his Signed to the Streets mixtape series (2013)-2014, which led to a record contract with Def Jam Recordings. After Durk's first album of studio work Remember My Name (2015) and Lil Durk 2X (2016) were released, Durk left Def Jam in the year 2018. In July of 2018, Durk signed a deal with Alamo Records. Durk's first appearance on the Billboard Hot 100 as a leading performer came in April 2020 with "Viral Moment" which was his fifth studio album, Just Cause Y'all Waited 2 (2021). Lil Durk's resurgence in commercial success continued with singles such as "3 Headed Goat" (featuring Polo G and Lil Baby), "Backdoor" and "The Voice"; his features on Drake's 2020 single, "Laugh Now Cry Later" and Pooh Shiesty's song, "Back in Blood"; as well as his albums, The Voice (2020) as well as his album that he co-produced together with Lil Baby, The Voice of the Heroes (2021)--which was the first album to make it to the top of the Billboard 200. The album he released in 2022, 7220, was his first release to debut at the top of the billboard 200.
