The transfer of Neymar (from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain) for EUR222 million ($PS190 million) in August 2017 is the present record for transfers. Romelu Lukaku is also on this list of transfers to Internazionale, Chelsea and Manchester United. The list also includes Matthijs De Ligt as well as Cristiano Ronaldo. The players on the list have been identified as European (UEFA) and South American(CONMEBOL) and African (CAF). The other regions of North America (CONCACAF), Asia(AFC) or Oceania (OFC) aren't represented on the list.
