She has been in television, movies and films, as well as TV, Broadway, Off-Broadway and regional productions of theatre. Her character in the role of Mandy Baxter, an actress on the sitcom Last Man Standing (2011-2017) is her most famous. Ephraim is also a part of several other TV shows, including Brockmire (2017) as well as Halt and Catch Fire (2018). Ephraim played Irene Kelly, her second collaboration with Kaitlyn Delver on The Front Runner (2018). Ephraim was also a part of Della Street's lover Hazel Prystock on HBO's Perry Mason. She plays Maybelle Fox on the Amazon series A League of Their Own.
