Beverly D'Angelo

 D'Angelo was born in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of Priscilla Ruth (nee Smith), a violinist and Eugene Constantino "Gene" D'Angelo as a bassist and television station manager at WBNS-TV in Columbus. [2] [3] Her father was Italian. Her maternal grandparents, Eugenio and Rosina D'Angelo, were of the region of Introdacqua located in the Abruzzo region Italy. She is mother of Jeff, Tim, and Tony. Five years ago, Howard Dwight Smith was their maternal grandfather and an architect. He was the architect of Ohio Stadium, also known as "The Horseshoe" at Ohio State University. D'Angelo attended Upper Arlington High School in Upper Arlington, Ohio, located in the northwest Columbus suburb. In 2009, she was awarded the Upper Arlington Alumni Association (UAAA) The Distinguished Alumnus award for accomplishments in her professional career. [citation needed] D'Angelo was an illustrator at Hanna-Barbera Studios and as a singer prior to pursuing an desire to be an actor. She was an American-born, rockabilly singer Rompin' Ronnie Hawkins' backup singer when she was in Canada. They created The Band, which is now a legend. [8][9]
