Elizabeth Ann Behrs (born December 26 in 1985) is an American actress best known for her starring role as Caroline Channing in the CBS comedy series 2 Broke Girls. The show ran for six seasons , and received Behrs nominations and praise for the Teen and the People's Choice Awards. After making her screen debut with American Pie Presents: The Book of Love in 2009, Behrs moved on to TV. After 2 Broke Girls, Behrs returned to feature films with the 2015 films Chasing Eagle Rock and Hello, My Name Is Doris. She voiced Carrie Williams' voice in Monsters University (2013), and Moochie in Home: Adventures with Tip & Oh (2013). In 2018 she was selected for her second television role, that of Gemma Johnson in the CBS sitcom The Neighborhood. Alongside her acting career, Behrs has published a self-help manual and wrote the young-adult webcomic Dents. Behrs is also a philanthropist, and she created the SheHerdPower Foundation to help victims of sexual assault.
