Alicia Vikander

 Alicia Amanda Vikander, /vI’kaend@r(listen) (listen), was born 3 October 1988. Vikander has won numerous awards including an Academy Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Critics' choice Movie Award. Her birthplace was in Gothenburg and was trained as a dancer at the Royal Swedish Ballet. She began her acting career in Swedish short films and TV series. She gained fame for her part in the drama series Andra Avenyn (2008-2010). She made her debut as a feature film in Pure (2010), for which she was awarded the Guldbagge Award for Best Actress. In 2012, she gained more recognition for her performance as Kitty in Joe Wright’s adaptation of Anna Karenina. In addition, she won the Guldbagge Award as Best Actress. Forbes listed Vikander on its 30 Under 30 list in 2016. Vikander starred in Lara Croft, an adventure film about Tomb Raider (2018) and the fantasy film The Green Knight (2021).
