Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman (born September 1 in 1996), is an American actress and singer. Her achievements include the Golden Globe Award, two Primetime Emmy Awards and a Golden Globe Award. Time magazine named Zendaya one of the 100 most influential persons in the world in their 2022 annual list. In 2010, she made her television debut on Shake It Up, as Rocky Blue. She also played in K.C. as the main character. Undercover (2015-2018) on the channel. Her debut as a feature film in 2017 with Spider-Man: Homecoming. Later she was in the sequels. Zendaya was the youngest recipient of the Primetime Emmy Awards in Outstanding Lead Actress in Drama Series (2019-present), for her performance as Rue Bennett, a drug-addicted teenager in the HBO drama series Euphoria. Her film roles include musical The Greatest Showman (2017), the romantic drama Malcolm & Marie (2021) and the science fiction epic Dune (2021).In addition to her acting work Zendaya has also branched out into music. In the year 2011, she released two singles "Swag It Out" and "Watch Me", the latter of which she co-wrote with Bella Thorne. In 2012 she signed with Hollywood Records. The album she released her debut album (2013) that she titled "Replay" was a moderately popular success. The album's first single, "Replay", reached the top 40 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart. Zendaya's biggest commercial success as a musician was her Zac Efron collaboration "Rewrite the Stars" which was released from The Greatest Showman soundtrack in 2017. The track ranked in the top 20 of several record charts and has received multi-platinum sales certifications across the world.
