L. P. was six years old when her 69-year-old maternal grandfather sexually assaulted her and implanted her. The development of her physical body was considerably more rapid than hers, and this translates to at least 10 additional years. At the age of four she was a victim of additional sexual traits. Also, she experienced menstrual cycles. The pregnancy was easy. Kharkiv's Obstetrical and Gynecological Clinic medical concilium voted to be a natural birth. The clinic did not require caesarean section in the case of complications. Childbirth began July 10, 1931. The umbilical cord prolapsed and the fetus went into unconsciousness on the 11th of July. Then, the instruments were utilized to take out the fetus with general anesthesia. The female fetus, which measured 50 centimeters in length and weighed 3 kilograms and was healthy in its development, however post-mortem examination revealed an insufficient thyroid and the thymus. L. P. was capable of going through her postpartum period without issues. She was able to return to regular menstrual flow. The reason for this is not known.
