Austin Richard Post, born July 4 1995 was an American singer and rapper. Post is also known professionally as Post Malone. Popular for his multi-faceted vocals, Malone has gained acclaim for blending genres and subgenres like hip pop, hop, R&B and trap. Malone's stage name is determined by entering his birth name into the rap name generator. The first single he released, "White Iverson", reached number 14 on US Billboard Hot 100. Malone signed a contract with Republic Records and released his debut album Stoney (2016) It included the diamond-themed single "Congratulations" (featuring Quavo) and was the highest-rated album for the number of weeks on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.His second album, Beerbongs & Bentleys (2018) came out at number one on the US Billboard 200 and set numerous streaming records. It also contained the US number one singles "Rockstar" (featuring 21 Savage) and "Psycho" (featuring Ty Dolla Sign) and was nominated for Album of the Year at the 61st Grammy Awards.
