 Maryse Mizanin (/m@'ri:s/; born Maryse Ouellet born on 21st January 1983) is a Canadian professional wrestler, actress, and glamour model. Under the ring name Maryse She is currently contracted to WWE. After modeling for years, including the title of Miss Hawaiian Tropic Canada in 2003, Ouellet participated in the WWE Diva Search competition and was then hired by WWE in the year 2006. She spent time in developmental regions Ohio Valley Wrestling and Florida Championship Wrestling, prior to being assigned to the SmackDown brand in 2008. The following year, Maryse won her first WWE Divas Championship.In 2009 she was hired to WWE Raw. She was drafted to the WWE Raw brand, and was awarded the Divas Championship for the second time in 2010, making her the first woman in history to hold it more than once. She was the host of NXT in 2010 and served as the manager of Ted DiBiase before her 2011 release. In 2016, she returned to the company and became the manager for her husband, The Miz. She joined the team of Total Divas that year. In 2018, WWE announced a spin-off show titled Miz & Mrs., that will feature Ouellet. She and her husband also serve as executive producers.
