Paly was the daughter of Olga Dnrob and Alexander Paley in Nizhny Tagil. At the age of four, she was awed about music. When she was nine, she was years old when her family moved to Israel.[4She was raised in Tel Aviv. Her grandparents were as soldiers in the Red Army during World War II. The passion for acting led her to enroll in the Aleph High School of Arts Tel Aviv-Yafo in Israel. She was a part of numerous productions of William Shakespeare, Bertolt Birecht and Antigone.
